I was fortunate to have been given Xeloda after an extended liver resection for a shock diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma last August 2010.Resection margins showed positive and I viewed the chemo as my ally, my best friend and although I do not know what the future holds I firmly believe it has provided extra ammunition on top of the incredible work done by my surgeon and the team here in Edinburgh

Interesting to see how much research is going on re: cholangiocarcinoma….

I actually am in favor of “compulsory” organ donation – in that unless you actually “opt out” you are automatically a donor.
