whose work on immunotherapy-based treatments for primary liver cancer has initally shown very promising

Last year, £3,000 was also donated to Professor John Primrose at the University of Southampton to help fund a clinical trial, BILCAP, testing a combination of surgery and chemotherapy for treating cholangiocarcinoma.
The Team AMMF girls who took part in two 5K Race for Life events in summer 09 have raised in the region of £3,000 which has gone directly to Cancer Research UK.
